Of course I'm a big Dershowitz fan and this is a treat. He finds an old letter of Thomas Jefferson's (and by "find", I mean buys it at a rare books store) which discusses rights in times of war and terror. What could be more timely? It gives Dershowitz the opportunity to delve in to two of his favorite topics, history and the law and go toe to toe with one of his heroes.
