Gillman v. Holmes Co. Schools Ruling

Remember a couple months back when this case, about the gay pride signs in Holmes County Florida, was won? The judge, Richard Smoak has handed down his official ruling. See this post about it for more detail. Then, he "chastised the board for a missed educational opportunity on 'leadership...civil discourse...and tolerance and diversity.'"

Now, he wrote, “The robust exchange of political ideas is essential in a vibrant, progressive society and is precisely the type of speech that is sacrosanct under the First Amendment.”

Cheers.
