I'm not really making an educated guess with this wine, I'm buying it just because it has a freaky cool label. My scientist friends tell me that the chemistry on the label indicates the making of fermented sugars which could be any alcohol really. Who cares? It's the perfect awesome wine label for an elitist bastard like myself.
