Happy Carl Sagan Day!

Here's the official site. Fitting that it's during the International Year of Astronomy. I loved the guy. He wrote one of my favorite books. You've probably heard the following speech, but that's ok. It won't hurt to hear it again. Enjoy.

Hello. Your brilliant wife gave out your website information because she felt we had some things in common. We are Carl Sagan and Neil deGrasse Tyson fans. We recently finished watching the Cosmos series with our kids. My husband and son attended some of the skeptic events at Dragoncon this year. We also listen to skeptoid podcasts. If you get a chance to peek my husband's site is www.freephilosophicaldiscussions.blogspot.com

My dad and I watched Cosmos when it first aired on PBS. We loved it. Sagan's childlike awe and thirst for discovery is truely inspiring.

Considering everything, his voice and what he says makes me feel better in this out of balance world!
